We have an easy return policy for both of our Daraz Mall and regular products. If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please apply for a return request on the app or website within 14 days for BP SHOP BD Mall items and 7 days for regular items from the delivery date.
Customers should select the correct return type to avoid return rejection/It is very important to select the return type correctly to reduce the failure of the return. If the customer doesn’t select the exact type of return then the return request might be a failure. Kindly check below for a better understanding:
1. If the customer receives the product at the doorstep then the customer can choose Pickup/ Drop-off as per convenience.
2. If the customer receives the product from the collection point then the customer must have to select Drop-off.
Please note that certain items marked as non-returnable on the product page are not eligible for return. For more information view the complete list of non-returnable items.
Valid reasons to return an item:
- Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken / defective – dead on arrival)
- Delivered Product is incorrect (presentation different on the website / incomplete – missing parts)
- You no longer have a use for the product / you have changed your mind about the purchase / the size of a fashion product does not fit / you do not like the product after opening the package – eligible for selected products only where “Change of Mind Available” option is mentioned.
In order to return your product please note below mentioned conditions:
1. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
2. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
3. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. If the product was delivered in the second layer of Daraz packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with the return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
While handing over your package to Drop-Off station/ Pickup Agent, please collect the Daraz Return Acknowledgment paper and reserve it for future reference.
